We currently sell our products online from our website as well as in major retail stores such as Walmart and Target. This way we create exposure for our puzzles to an audience that may not otherwise discover their uniqueness.
The manufacturing process for the wooden cube pieces is fairly simple. Each product has a particular number of wooden blocks. These blocks are glued into specific designs that make up a cube shape when completed. Stain or black paint are applied to certain pieces, hence the different colored blocks featured in the final form of the product. The last step is packaging. The cubes are placed, fully assembled, into a cardboard box with our CUBE logo printed on them.
Our typical suppliers are lumber yards and milling companies. If the lumber needs to be pressed or pulverized, it is sent to a milling company which then distributes the wood to us.
Our typical customers are families with small children as well as young adults. They tend to be familiar with puzzles of various kinds, and enjoy board games as well as other family activities.
We encourage sustainability, which includes planting trees for each pallet of lumber we purchase, as well as recycling all materials left over after production and packaging.
