Brewing

Cy Brew is a 2000 sq ft brewery that houses one 500 gallon brewing tank accompanied by nine 500 gallon fermenters. Ingredients are loaded into the brewing tank then transferred to fermenters in 500 gallon batches. After a 2 week fermenting period our beers are bottled using an automated bottling machine. Once bottled, our beers are ready to be enjoyed and are transported to various selling points via a refrigerated truck.

Packaging

We have our own production line that bottles our beers in house. Each variety of beer receives the same CY Brew stamp with a different label to distinguish between brewed varieties.
